Waterfront Place level four was a vacant floor at the time ready for a five tenancy spec fit-out. This high-end corporate design project was completed in eight weeks with timber ceilings, white aluminium window frames with feature transoms, feature lighting and timber look vinyl flooring throughout foyers.
With large breakout spaces and modern design features, the office fit-out was functional and versatile to allow any business to expand in the future.
The build had security mesh above partitions to the slab to give each tenancy the security requirements once all tenancies were leased. All walls where acoustically soundproofed, providing minimal noise transfer between tenancy’s.
